Group Fun Runs -
Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. Runners of all abilities are invited to join us for a fun alternative to your usual steady run. Typical workouts total 3 – 5 miles and involve a warm-up, light workout (at your own pace) and a cool-down. Finish off with your friends at SEAC for social hour afterwards. Have fun, get fast!
Marathon Training - Train for your spring or fall marathon with SEAC. We’ll provide you with the training program, support and Sunday group long runs … all you have to do is run 26.2 miles! Shoe Fit Process - Getting in the right shoe is critical to minimizing injury and maximizing performance. Our experienced team will perform a gait analysis and recommend the proper shoe for your unique biomechanics. We’ll get you off and running in the proper shoe!
Community Outreach Program - SEAC is committed to active participation in the South End neighborhood and the greater Boston community. We believe community outreach and charity should be a personal choice and not just a corporate obligation.
